Past Featured Projects

2008

On July 19, 2008, 1,018.5 m3 of concrete was delivered to the New Gold Inc Afton mine project. The single day pour, which reached a sustained peak productivity level of 126 m3/hr, broke the valley record for both the largest and fastest single-day pour supplied by one producer.
The July 26 pour of 1,265 m3 broke the valley record set just one week earlier by Norgaard. The sustained productivity level reached 136.5 m3/hr, even with 440kg of ice manually added to each load. Not one load was rejected on either day.
